NM Tech Week is a first-of-its-kind, statewide celebration of technology, innovation, and community. From grassroots meetups to the flagship conference, this is a full week of connection, learning, and building the future of tech in the Land of Enchantment.

NM Tech Week is powered by the community. Throughout the week, local tech groups, companies, and organizers are hosting their own events: workshops, happy hours, panels, demos, and more. Anyone can apply to host, and applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis by a community of tech industry leaders. Once accepted, you will be notified, and your event will be posted on this website for easy access.

Criteria for Hosting
Hosting criteria coming soon. Check back for details on eligibility, timelines, and what's required to participate.
Note: NM Tech Week events are organized individually by applicants and not by NM Tech Talks or NM Tech Week organizers. This entails venue booking, individual sponsorship, and program organization to be done by individual organizers. Once accepted, NM Tech Week will publish your event on this website and co-market your event under the NM Tech Week umbrella. Applications and co-marketing are free of charge.
Why NM Tech Week
New Mexico has builders, founders, engineers, researchers, and dreamers scattered across organizations, industries, and communities that rarely get a chance to share the same room.
NM Tech Week changes that. One week to break down silos. One week to spark collaborations that don't happen on Slack. One week to remind the world that New Mexico is a serious tech state.

TechFest 2026
October 29–30 · Innovation District, Downtown Albuquerque, NM
Now in its third year, TechFest 2026 is a free, two-day conference within NM Tech Week unifying New Mexico's tech organizations. The event spans four tracks and multiple venues across the Innovation District in Downtown Albuquerque.
TechFest is an inclusive tech event built by the NM Tech Talks collaborative, making it the flagship event to support a community-driven week of tech.
